Project Manager - Immediate Hire

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a background in architecture and project engineering to join our team on a part-time basis, with a commitment of 24-28 hours per week in office. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$24, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial architecture projects, with a particular emphasis on overseeing the engineering aspects. A unique aspect of this role is the requirement for experience in handling commercial building projects, which will be integral to the management of our team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple project tasks within timeframes and budget constraints.

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and accounting on project specifics to ensure projects timely completion.

- Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful completion.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a project manager in the architecture/engineering industry.

- Strong familiarity and understanding with commercial real estate. Depreciation methods a plus.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
